First, we talk about it - and we talk about it first. We make every attempt for each client to understand how we bill for our services before we undertake representation. Throughout representation, we communicate with you on costs.

Second, we are competitive. Location, overhead and other factors enable us to keep our fees affordable. Many of our clients have commented that our fees have surprised them, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Third, we offer alternatives. Where possible, we offer a flat fee for a certain task, rather than hourly billing. We can often make costs for services a fixed amount, which the client can rely upon in planning the transaction or case.

Fourth, we make cost-conscious decisions. We can help create a budget for a transaction or case and work within that budget. We focus on the big picture, spend our time carefully on matters that count and never just go through the motions, no matter how traditional. We understand our clients' business, and we strive to make sure everything we do offers real benefit to the client.

Finally, our policy of accepting work only if we are experienced and well-qualified assures our clients that we efficiently spend our time and effort directly on the task at hand.
