Ted C. Ziemer IV, born in Evansville, Indiana, April 7, 1977; admitted to the bar 2003, Indiana; 2003, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.

Education:  Indiana University, B.A. Political Science and Philosophy 1999; Indiana University – Bloomington, J.D. 2002.

Member:  Indiana State Bar Association – Business Law Section; Evansville Bar Association.

PRACTICE AREAS:  Corporate, business, real estate, zoning, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.

Rhine Ernest LLP welcomed Mr. Ziemer as an Associate to the Firm in July, 2007.  In his practice he handles all facets of businesses’ legal needs from the initial creation of an entity, to the negotiating and drafting of commercial transactions, and finally to the formation of business succession plans for the future.  In addition, Mr. Ziemer handles a wide range of real estate issues including easement vacations, ordinance variances and re-zonings. 

Ted received his law degree from Indiana University – Bloomington, where he was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.  He received his undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from Indiana University.

His community involvement includes:  Vanderburgh Community Foundation – Secretary, Trustee, Chair of several committees; YMCA of Southwestern Indiana – 3 time team captain in Foundation for Youth Campaign; Evansville Bar Association – 3 time chairman of annual EBA golf outing.
