Mr. Vargo has hands on experience in the coal industry. He holds an undergraduate mining engineering degree and has worked for the coal industry as a mining engineer. In addition to coal law, Mr. Vargo has over fifteen years of extensive practice in the fields of family law and residential real estate. Mr. Vargo is a member of the St. Mary's School Board and is active in the Mt. Carmel community.
