<p>Kelli earned her undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from the Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois where she was the recipient of the Hiram H. Lesar academic scholarship award. While in law school she was an Associate Commentary Editor on the Journal of Legal Medicine. Following school she practiced with a personal injury firm in southern Illinois. In 2009 she was the recipient of the William J.
