Matthew J. Latowski

Rhine Ernest LLP welcomed Mr. Matthew J. Latowski to the firm in February of 2009. Prior to earning his undergraduate degree in history and philosophy from Indiana University – Bloomington, Mr. Latowski attended Wabash College where he was a two-time varsity letterman for the track and field team and received the school's Presidential and Merit Scholarships for leadership and academic achievement. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University – Bloomington where he was awarded a Merit Scholarship for academic achievements. As a law student, Mr. Latowski volunteered at a local food bank and worked for the City of Chicago's child support enforcement program. Prior to joining Rhine Ernest, Mr. Latowski held a position as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana. While working for the Attorney General's office he represented the state and its various departments in bankruptcy collection actions.
