<p>Rhine Ernest LLP welcomed Mr. Halter as an Associate to the firm in September, 2007. Kevin earned his undergraduate degree in history and philosophy from Indiana University in Bloomington. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Indiana University Law School in Bloomington, Indiana.
