<p>Rhine Ernest LLP welcomed Mr. Ziemer as an Associate to the Firm in July, 2007. In his practice he handles all facets of businesses legal needs from the initial creation of an entity, to the negotiating and drafting of commercial transactions, and finally to the formation of business succession plans for the future. In addition, Mr. Ziemer handles a wide range of real estate issues including easement vacations, ordinance variances and re-zonings.</p> <p>Ted received his law degree from Indiana University Bloomington, where he was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
